7 day vegetarian diet plan? - 7 day diet plan

My goal is to lose a stone in weight and I want to help you maintain a healthy weight!
One can easily follow a plan that is not too expensive to maintain, relatively quick to prepare and healthy !!!!! especially a vegetarian!
Otherwise, anyone can know a site that provided good advice?

If you want to lose weight quickly, do the following: --
Start your day with a glass of water, 1.2.
Coffee or tea sweetened
Then take the oats, fruit and low fat milk for breakfast
At lunch you can make soups without cream, whole wheat bread or brown rice, vegetables and salads.
In the afternoon you can unsweetened tea or coffee, wheat crackers and fresh fruit are recommended (I take the whole fruit instead of whole fruit juice contains lots of fiber.)
The new restaurant has to take to food as a light lunch.
Avoid junk food completely, even once a week (what you want to lose weight fast)
Doing a brisk walk in the evening or tomorrow, if you take your time.
